Paul wrote to the Corinthians: “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit…” (1 Corinthians 12).
This is part of a beautiful passage where Paul says that — together — we are the body of Christ, with many different gifts, abilities, and services through which God’s Spirit moves.
How does God’s Spirit work through your gifts and abilities, even if you don’t see it? Think about the ways you share your time, presence, relationships, for instance.
Is there a way that you find energy in sharing your own gifts? It can be helpful to follow where you gain energy to know healthy ways of sharing your gifts.
When do you notice God’s Spirit working through the abilities of people around you? Think of two ways you appreciate the different gifts people share.
